GlenAllachie CUVEE CASK FINISH Vintage 2011 was originally matured in American oak barrels, then Billy Walker selected three other barrel types with different characteristics: Pedro Ximenez Sherry Puncheons, Madeira Barrique barrels and Port Pipes for finishing.
Aroma: Fruity, sweet, mocha, licorice, honey, glazed cherry, ripe garden fruit notes.
Palate: Rich, rich, heather honey, cinnamon, caramel, ginger, orange peel.
Finish: Long lasting.
