It uses mature plum wine from Nanko plums produced in Wakayama Prefecture as the base, and adds 30% Indian Alfonso mango to refine the juice. It is rich in the sour taste of plum wine and the sweet taste of mango. It is brewed using Kishu Kumano natural water "Tomita water" that has won the Monde-Selection "Grand Prize" for 18 consecutive years since 2002. Shows the mellow flavor of the raw materials.
