Kavalan Distillery is located in Yilan, distilling with water from the century-old Snow Mountain and Central Mountain Range, resulting in a sweet, smooth, and mellow water quality.
The stills are made of copper, which removes sulfides produced during fermentation. During distillation, only the heart of the run is carefully selected, creating a new make spirit with rich floral and fruity aromas and a smooth taste.

A perfect blend of three types of sherry cask matured whiskies, harmoniously and smoothly orchestrated like a symphony. Oloroso sherry cask whisky, with its rich aroma of mature dried fruits, is blended with the sweet sherry representatives, PX and Moscatel casks, bringing out rich caramel and maltose sweetness.
The color is naturally deep, and the taste is smooth and non-irritating, combined with the distillery's unique tropical fruit aroma, creating an unforgettable multi-layered taste. The sherry flavor is delicate yet distinct, balanced and easy to drink.

Aroma: Overall, it exudes the aroma of mature berry dried fruits, interspersed with subtle hints of grape and citrus.
