Variety:

100% Hondarribi Zuri grape from our own trellised vineyards.

Production:
17,332 0.75L bottles

Vineyard:
3.5 Ha between 15 and 20 years old.

Soil:
Clay on sandstone and marl. Southeast and north orientation.

Elaboration:
• Manual harvest in boxes of 10kg from the own vineyards formed in espalier. First selection of grapes in the field.
• 5 days of pre-fermentative maceration at 5oC.
• Alcoholic fermentation at 12.5ºC in a 5,000L vat and in a stainless steel tank.
