Matured malt whisky stock and grain whisky stock are first blended and then barreled again for several months. During this period, whiskies of different characteristics are closely integrated, resulting in a harmonious delicacy. Whiskey is usually adjusted to about 40% to 45% alcohol by adding water before bottling, NIKKA FROM THE BARREL keeps water to a minimum at 51% alcohol, giving this whisky a rich, subtle aroma and smell.
