Made from fresh underground snow water from Hakusan, Hokuriku, Japan
Kaga plum wine has a rich plum flavor and is aged in the brewery for 5 years. A balanced way to reconcile various flavors such as sweetness, astringency, bitterness and sourness. The deep and complex taste is the result of years of aging.
