After 11 years of maturation in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, this exceptional Talisker joins Diageo's line-up of special releases for 2022. Sweet, savory and fruity, with all the classic peppery and coastal campfire notes, this slightly peated offering fits right into the range. The label features a rather mesmerizing glowing jellyfish that brings some light to the dark depths of the ocean.

Aroma: Wood fire, furniture polish, vanilla, lemon peel and lemon juice.

Palate: Peppery and sweet, light tannins, a long campfire finish, sweet oak, dried fruits and apricots.

Finish: Long, spicy and toffee sweet.

Overall: Sweet and fruity. The sweet edge doesn't diminish Talisker's charm.
