Blended from sherry barrels and bourbon barrels, Redbreast 12-year-old has a complex aroma: spices, fruits and bursts of toasted wood barrels. It has a smooth entrance and not only continues the aroma, but also has obvious sherry barrel aroma and various flavors. Balance each other. As for the Redbreast 15-year-old, the nose has aromas of berries and natural essential oils, while the palate has aromas of fleshy fruits, spices and toasted wood barrels.

Redbreast has a deep, bright brassy color. Intense and sensual aroma, at first reminiscent of cream soda, then vanilla wafers and sweet cereal, giving a bourbon flavor. Soft and light on the palate. The midpalate becomes deliciously creamy, with notes of semi-sweet, toasted oatmeal and brandy cream sauce contrasting nicely with the spicy, dry oak.
