Fragrance: Initially, the bouquet is round and fresh, with a rich fruity aroma. Aromas of fresh yellow fruits, such as cherry plum and baby Reine-Claude, are lightly brushed with subtle mellow woody elements. Once it begins to move, the power of its aroma grows and adds depth, with more fruits in it, such as apricot or vine peach.

Palate: In the mouth it has a full, broad attack and reveals the same intense fruity notes - small plums and honeymoon peaches and apricots. The fruit flavors are superbly enhanced by the delicate aroma of woody spices from the russet barrels - these barrels perfectly balance the expressive and delicate spice notes of the eaux-de-vie.
