Kanosuke HIOKI POT STILL is made at the Hioki Distillery using both un-malted and malted barley, mashed and fermented through a unique process,
then carefully distilled in a pot still, and aged in new American white oak barrels and bourbon barrels.
Color: Clear amber brown
Aroma: Cream, apricot, prune, citrus
Taste: Jam, vanilla, orange, almond
Finish: Vanilla, dried ginger, cinnamon, gentle sweetness
