This whisky is from Finn Thomson, the 9th generation heir with a 300-year history and a collection of super-premium whiskies. This Caol Ila whisky is a lighter peated whisky, yet it possesses unique floral and peppery notes that complement the traditional Islay peat flavor.

Tasting Notes:

The aroma clearly presents smoke as the dominant note. On the palate, it has a soft texture, perfectly aligning with the Caol Ila distillery's style, with subtle tobacco and leather notes. It's incredibly smooth, unlike a 49.1% cask strength whisky. The finish ends with delicate vanilla and fruit, with a lingering aftertaste of tobacco and vanilla, which is superb.
