50% of the original wine is aged in first-fill Bourbon oak barrels, and the other 50% is aged in second-fill grape barrels, and then the two are filled together into special, high-priced French oak barrels from the Left Bank of Bordeaux. Aged for one year. The result is a vibrant and complex Sunshine Whiskey.

Red fruits - raspberries and cherries, marshmallows covered in powdered sugar and maple syrup, chocolate, roasted coffee beans, licorice, walnuts and almonds. Interwoven with the gentle peat smoke and flawless fresh ozone notes that only complete Islay maturation can impart. The luxury of summer fruits and peat, all wrapped up in the flavor of Turkish Delight!
