In the late 1960s, the Maestros del Ron Cubano ushered in a new chapter for Cuban rum. They employed a "continuous aging" method: a small portion of the last batch of Havana 7 is always left behind and returned to the barrel to age further, to be used for future production, thereby maintaining the vitality of Havana Club 7. This enhances the complexity of our premium rum, allowing drinkers to discover the true taste of Cuba.

This cyclical process continues to this day, which is why Havana 7, even after decades, still carries the flavors from the very first barrels. Recommended serving: enjoy neat, or in Cuban style – with a slice of orange in coffee, or paired with a drop of Cuban bitters.
