This exquisite 8-year-old single malt whisky, boasting the rich sherry characteristics typical of GlenAllachie, joined the distillery's core range in 2022.
Under the expertise of Master Distiller Billy Walker, an innovative selection of the finest casks was chosen, including Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, virgin oak casks, and red wine barriques, combining to create an impressively fruity and rich dram.

Aroma: Spiced fruit loaf with sweet cinnamon, a touch of ginger and juicy raisins. Delicate nutty malt balanced with floral honey.
Palate: Rich dark muscovado sugar, more dried fruits and raisins, and dates dusted with aromatic baking spices.
Finish: Maple syrup, toasted almonds, a touch of menthol, earthy coffee, and cocoa.
