Product Introduction
This 15-year-old single malt from Glenallachie was finished in sherry casks before bottling.
The casks used were a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks and butts. Master Distiller Billy Walker describes this expression as "achieving a remarkable balance between the distillery's spirit and the influence of the sherry casks used during maturation."

Nose: Peanut brittle, dates, and a generous scoop of chocolate ice cream.
Palate: Walnuts, raisins, Christmas spices, and fresh ginger.
Finish: Coffee, Turkish delight, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
