Palate: This whisky, with its thick body, presents an exceptionally smooth palate, offering flavors of vanilla crème brûlée, caramel, toffee, and a hint of black pepper. Burnt oak, cinnamon, and a touch of nutmeg add layers of complexity, while pear and dried apricot notes cut through Octomore's distinctive peaty smoke.

Finish: The finish reveals a pronounced maritime character with wave-like sea salt notes, while bonfire-like embers linger.
