Bottling: Bottled with Islay spring water, non-chill filtered and with no artificial coloring.

Maturation and Cask Type Introduction: Three different batches of whisky, each matured in either sherry casks or American bourbon casks, were then re-casked into French Sauternes wine casks for further maturation before being blended and bottled. Distilled and put into casks in 2012, with a maturation period of 9 years.

Color: Vibrant golden yellow of citrus marmalade.

Nose: Rich and sweet, nutty and delicately floral, accompanied by a smoky aroma, followed by sweet peach, apricot, pineapple, and elegant caramel notes.

Palate: The first sip offers a soft, elegant, and delicate peat smoke, beautifully balanced by ripe fruit. The second sip confirms the sweet and oily texture, along with layers of peat and leather. The French Sauternes oak casks contribute richer honey, sweet vanilla, chocolate, and citrus nuances to this whisky.

Finish: Wonderful maritime mineral and peaty, smoky, honeyed citrus notes linger repeatedly on the palate.
