Master Distiller Kirstie MaCallum matured this whisky in precious Spanish sherry casks, preserving Deanston Distillery's signature citrus, sweet honey, and heather honey notes, while introducing an explosion of toffee, candied fruit, and subtly sweet creamy chocolate on the palate.

These flavors blossom in the mouth, building up an astonishingly delightful texture.

Aroma: Amidst the rich sherry cask aroma, there's an abundance of dried tropical fruit, creamy toffee, and chocolate notes, along with a unique honey scent, long-lasting and balanced.

Taste: Upon first sip, rich honey and vanilla cream flavors emerge, followed by the aroma of dried tropical fruits, accompanied by the burst of candied fruit on the tongue, and then the classic citrus and a hint of spice, building up an astonishingly delightful texture.
