Matured in American oak barrels for 20 years, it outlines the classic flavor of Bowmore. Like the blacksmith's son in the story, the wine went through some changes in oak barrels, and then matured in white port barrels for two years, further adding rich layers of gentle floral and fruity aromas to the wine. Rich aroma of white flowers, peach and lemongrass, the floral flavor is combined with the sweetness of honey and pulp; the accompanying flavors of peat, smoke and earth after rain provide the most beautiful ending to this fantasy journey.
