This rare Ardbeg Anthology: The Beithir’s Tale 15 Years Old, the grand finale of the legendary Anthology series, is matured in specially charred bourbon casks, showcasing the ultimate Ardbeg style.

The casks are naturally air-dried, deeply toasted, and then lightly charred, releasing rich vanilla and smoky butter notes. Sweet lemon balm intertwines with smoky citrus, anise, and pine, creating complex layers and a long finish, truly a rare masterpiece.

Aroma:
Intense, oily, with a hint of spice. Syrupy sweetness envelops notes of tar and smoky herbs. Baked apples and raisins add further sweetness. With water, eucalyptus and mint burst forth, followed by aromas of anise and pine.

Taste:
Surprisingly balanced and vibrant, immediately revealing peat smoke, coffee grounds, and blackcurrant flavors. Sweet lemon balm interweaves with smoky citrus, culminating in a rich smoky finish.

Finish:
A long finish brings subtle vanilla and smoky butter notes, delicate and persistent.
