Aroma: Toffee sweetness with a hint of spice, smoothly balanced by delicate phenolic aromas and fruity notes. It has the salty taste of seaweed and sea water without masking the sweet aroma of vanilla and honey, as well as a hint of hay and peat.

Wine body: full-bodied, very smooth and warm with a thick taste

Taste: The smoky flavor first felt in the mouth quickly turns into a soft floral aroma, and then turns to an obvious oak flavor, ending with a long-lasting sweetness. The warm peat flavor fills the mouth, but does not make the smooth and sweet chocolate lose its elegance. The rich toffee aroma plays a clever balancing effect here, and gradually leads the style to slender heather and smoky peat.
