This 14-year-old wine from the Singleton of Glendullan is part of Diageo's 2023 special release range. "The Silken Gown" is a single malt whiskey made from rich Burgundy Chardonnay French oak barrels and bottled with an alcohol content of 55%. Diageo malt ambassador Charlotte Barker said the flavor is reminiscent of a cartoon character floating in the enticing aroma of freshly baked apple pie on the windowsill.

Aroma: Yellow fruit, brioche and apple pie.

Palate: Orchard fruits, aromatic spices, pastry cream and nutmeg.

Finish: Vibrant, fruity and interesting.
