Product Introduction:

Color: Pale straw

Aroma: Gentle, lemon-citrus fruitiness; fresh and inviting, with a light smokiness. With water, almond oil and linseed oil notes emerge, fresh fruitiness still present, an olive oil-like sensation, followed by dried floral notes.

Palate: Initially sweet, light and aromatic smoke, smooth, pleasant mouthfeel; with water, a subtle acidity, saltiness, and sweetness emerge, creating a complex balance with the main flavors.

Finish: Lingering and sweet smoke

Food Pairing: The characteristics of this whisky are freshness, comfortable fruitiness, and a smooth palate. The light smokiness is perfect with pan-fried fresh fish fillets, or cured tuna slices with potato and bell pepper salad. Nordic smoked salmon, Greek taramosalata, rollmops, grilled eel, and spicy sausages are also very suitable.
