COFFEY is a personal name. French Aeneas Coffey invented the continuous still in 1831. Later, it was the most commonly used distillation technology for various spirits. Grain whiskey in Scotch whiskey is made using this technology.

To put it simply, NIKKA COFFEY MALT WHISKY was created by replacing a single still with a continuous still to make malt whiskey.

Aroma: Bourbon-like vanilla and corn, with a light herbaceous note of chamomile.

Palate: Sweet melon, grapefruit and thick syrup notes, balanced by crunchy biscuit and fresh vanilla.

Finish: Corn sweet and vibrant.
