Monkey 47 Dry Gin

An unusual gin from Germany's Black Forest, it contains unique ingredients. The most distinctive ingredient is cranberries! The '47' refers to the number of botanicals used in this unique gin, and it is bottled at 47% alcohol by volume.
This entire gin is handcrafted, using natural soft spring water and a wealth of exotic spices, steeped in French molasses-based spirit for 36 hours. It has complex herbal, floral, citrus, and spicy notes, fresh and pleasant.
The abundance of ingredients paid off. In 2011, Monkey 47 won the World Spirits Award in the Gin category and the Gin Global Best Gold Award at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London.

Aroma: Woody aroma, with vegetable notes, citrus, and botanical sweetness, like a pine forest after rain.
Palate: Complex, strong, and powerful gin with a wealth of spices, fruits, and herbal flavors. Very well structured, with fresh citrus sweetness blending with pine and wood.
