Yamazaki 25 Year Old is the crown jewel in the legend of Japanese whisky. Since 2021, Shinji Fukuyo, Suntory's fifth-generation chief blende, has reinterpreted this masterpiece, shifting the blending soul to the precious Mizunara Casks. This wood grows extremely slowly, and its brittle nature makes it difficult to process, yet it imparts incredible "Kyara" agarwood and sandalwood aromas to the whisky.

Every drop of liquid has been aged for at least 25 years, condensing the essence of Japan's four seasons into the bottle. This is not just a whisky; it is liquid Oriental Zen.

【Tasting Notes】

• Nose: Extremely rich and layered. Upon opening, ripe peach, mango, and dried fruit aromas are immediately noticeable, followed by the distinctive notes of sandalwood, agarwood, and elegant spices.

• Palate: Smooth and full-bodied on the palate, like velvet. It displays sweet notes of red peach, candied fruits, and rich dark chocolate, accompanied by deep oriental woody and smoky undertones.

• Finish: Long and profound finish. It has a slightly bitter oak tannin and a mix of sweet and sour fruit flavors, leaving a lasting agarwood aftertaste in the throat.
