The Perrier-Jouët GrandBrut is refined, elegant and balanced. The striking freshness and lively rooting of floral and fruity notes (yellow fruit and fresh fruit) give way to subtle notes of vanilla and butter, giving the wine a fruity and consistent character. Aromas of cherry plum, lemon and bergamot orange emerge first before making way for fruit tree blooms such as lime and honeysuckle. Followed by notes of butter, madeleines and vanilla sugar. Grapefruit, white peach, green pear, apple tree and green hazelnut linger on the palate. Plenty of vibrancy and dynamism are balanced in the mouth, developing into roundness and elegance of the wine. A fresh and balanced champagne with a long finish. Its flavor is best revealed between 7 and 9°.
