Nick Savage, chief winemaker of Macallan, said that EDITION NO.4, inspired by the architectural structure of the new Macallan distillery, revealed the role played by each oak barrel in the structure of whisky. The European Shirley oak barrels from Tevasa provide EDITION NO.4 with a solid and solid base, which is a source of rich dried fruit notes, and provides a unique flavor of woody spices and ginger; and Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners designed a fusion for the new winery. The beautiful appearance of Pesay’s local natural scenery, EDITION No. 4 is shaped by the flavors of dried fruit, dates and figs brought by European sherry oak barrels from Jose y Miguel Martin and Diego Martin Rosado; from Vasyma USA Shelly oak barrels are like the steel beams in the new distillery to support the structure of the building, increasing the depth and breadth of EDITION NO.4, giving the flavors of vanilla, toffee and butterscotch, while balancing the structure of the whiskey; just like a building Among the most critical capstones, EDITION NO.4 uses refilled Shirley oak barrels from Tevasa, which adds the bright and lively personality of citrus fruits to the whiskey, and also completes the overall structure.
