Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is refined, elegant, and balanced. The striking freshness and vivacity of floral and fruity notes (yellow and fresh fruits) give way to subtle notes of vanilla and butter, which give the wine its fruity and consistent character. Aromas of cherry plum, lemon, and bergamot orange appear first, then give way to fruit tree blossoms such as lime and honeysuckle. These are followed by notes of butter, madeleine cake, and vanilla sugar. Flavors of grapefruit, white peach, green pear, apple tree, and green hazelnut linger on the palate. Abundant vivacity and vibrancy are balanced in the mouth, developing into a rounded and elegant wine. A fresh and balanced champagne with a long finish. Its flavors are best revealed between 7 and 9°C.
